The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote Prominence Software and its products. This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical skills, with a focus on driving inbound traffic, converting leads, and increasing customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook), and email.
SEO/SEM: Manage and improve organic search engine performance and paid search campaigns. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO, and monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Content Marketing: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute high-quality, engaging content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, videos) that attracts and retains a target audience.
Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. Create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and analyze performance.
Email Marketing: Design, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, lead nurturing sequences, and promotional emails. Manage email lists and analyze campaign performance.
Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and analyze all digital marketing campaigns and activities. Generate regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Website Management: Work with the web development team to ensure the company website is optimized for SEO, user experience (UX), and conversion.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities for growth.
